1. Go to www.melodyscher.com

2. You can buy our products by registering on our website. If you want to register, enter "Register" and write the email and the chosen password. Once entered, complete the required data.

3. Look for the desired product through our search engine. The quantity will be set by default with the number 1, if you want to add more units simply click and select the corresponding number.

4. Add the product to your bag.

5. Repeat steps 3 to 4 if you want to add other products to your bag.

6. Check in your shopping bag that the products added are correct, otherwise you can edit the quantities or remove them.

7. The system will request that you enter your personal data if you are not a registered user or your username and password if you already have an account.

8. Complete the shipping information, shipping method, and payment information form. In this last step you must select if you want to make your payment through Mercado Pago, Sipago or credit card (which is the NPS platform where you will have all the banks’ promotions with a 10% discount and interest-free fees).

WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS NO ONE AT HOME WHEN THE DELIVERY BRINGS MY ORDER?

If there is no one at the address you indicated, the courier will leave you a note indicating that the delivery has passed through your address. To reschedule a delivery, you will need to contact the shipping company directly. 

OCA is obliged to visit your home 2 times, if in those 2 opportunities there is no one who receives it, the order will remain for certain amount of days at the delivery storage until the order is returned to its origin. In that case, forwarding costs will be borne by the customer.

Remember that it is important to carefully complete and review the information related to the delivery in order to send you the order correctly.

 

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME OF MY ORDER?

You will find 2 options to receive your order:

 

- PICK UP IN THE LOCAL POINT: this modality has no cost. When selecting this alternative, you must wait for the email with the confirmation that your order is ready before going to pick it up. The time that will elapse since the purchase was made and the receipt of the confirmation email is within 2 business days (*). The order may be pick up by the cardholder with original ID. Who made the purchase can authorize a third party in writing who must present a copy of the holder's ID and the pick up must be made within 30 calendar days.

Local point pick ups are by appointment only.

Shipments are made through FEDEX and the delay is 2 to 7 business days (*) from the moment that the order has been shipped.

(*) Important! Delivery times may vary on exclusively commercial dates such as: Hot Sale, Friend's Day, Mother's Day, CyberMonday, Christmas. On these dates, these terms can be extended and exceed 4 business days for delivery time. Currently, due to the quarantine period, we will only have home delivery method.

 

WHO DELIVERS MY ORDER?

The delivery of your order will be made through FEDEX personnel who will be duly identified. This will be done from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the indicated address.

 

CAN I KNOW ABOUT THE STATUS OF THE SHIPPING?

• Organizers and Accessories: The maximum term to make a change is 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. For your change to be accepted, the products must be in excellent condition, must not have been used or damaged, and must include all accessories. You must present them together with the corresponding packaging, as you received it at the time of purchase.

If the product was purchased in the local point, you can make the change there, but not on the melodyscher.com website.

If the product was purchased at www.melodyscher.com, you can change it, both in our local point and on our website. If you choose to do it through melodyscher.com it is important that you bear in mind that the forwarding and cost of the product will be borne by the customer.

The steps to follow to make your change at www.melodyscher.com are the following:

We are going to ask you for photos of your product and the packaging elements.

Our team will analyze your request and the photos you sent us.

If your request is approved, we will coordinate with you so that you can send us the product or come personally with it. Please pack it in its original package as you received it!

 

CHANGES ARE MADE ONLY ONCE.

 

Once we receive the product, we will send you a web code for the value of the product valid for 30 days so that you can use it at melodyscher.com.

 

The prices to be considered will be those in effect at the time of the change. Products purchased during special events will not be changed. These special conditions will be informed in due course.

 

• Brushes and sponges: they have NO changes or returns unless you receive the order with a damaged product.

 

ORDER RECEIVED WITH A DAMAGED PRODUCT

If any product shows damage caused by transport or handling, go to the local point to make the change. If the product was purchased at www.melodyscher.com, you can choose between bringing it to the local point personally or with a shipping method.

The steps to follow to carry out this management are the following:

1. Contact us at [email protected]. Keep in mind that to do this we are going to request photos of your product and the packaging elements.

2. We will analyze your request and the photos you sent us.

3. If your request is approved, we will coordinate with you to send us the product or bring it to the local point. Please pack it in its original package as you received it!

4. Once we receive it, we will change the product to you.

 

RETURNS *

Products * purchased in our local point can be returned to our physical store on the same day that the purchase was made.

Products * purchased at melodyscher.com can be returned within a maximum period of 10 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.

For your return to be accepted, all products must be in excellent condition, must not have been used or damaged, and must include all accessories. You must present them together with all the corresponding packaging, as you received it at the time of purchase.

We will process your return through the mail, performing the following steps:

1. To process the Return, we will request photos of your product and the packaging elements.

2. Our team will analyze your request and the photos you sent us.

3. If your request is approved, we will coordinate with you to send us the package or to deliver the product to us in our local point.

4. Once we receive the product, we will cancel your order, we will refund the money in the original means of payment and we will send you a proof of cancellation.
